Today (26th August 2024), TechSix Preschool and Daycare came alive with the vibrant spirit of Shri Krishna Janmashtami! The entire school was beautifully decorated to mark the joyous occasion of Lord Krishna’s birth, and our little ones were filled with excitement as they joined in the festivities. The celebration started with a special assembly, where students dressed as little Krishnas and Radhas stole the show with their colourful costumes. The teachers and children recited devotional songs, followed by a charming skit that depicted key moments from Lord Krishna’s childhood, giving the students a fun way to learn about the significance of the festival. One of the most exciting parts of the event was the matki phod activity, which brought out the enthusiasm and joy in the children. It was a delightful moment for everyone as our little “Krishnas” eagerly participated in breaking the pot, just like the Lord’s playful butter-stealing episodes. Independence Day Celebrations 2024 at TechSix
Today (15 August 2024), TechSix Preschool and Daycare proudly celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit! The entire school was decorated in the tricolour, setting the perfect backdrop for this important occasion. The day commenced with our head teacher hoisting the national flag, followed by the entire school uniting in the heartfelt singing of the national anthem, evoking a strong sense of pride and patriotism among all present. Our little ones were dressed in white, representing peace and harmony, and they enthusiastically took part in the celebrations. The children also performed patriotic songs and dances, showcasing their love for the country. In addition, a special skit was presented by the students, illustrating the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters, helping our young learners understand the significance of Independence Day. The day concluded with a small craft activity where children created their own flags and badges as a memento of this special day. It was a memorable and proud day for TechSix as we instilled a sense of patriotism and respect for our nation’s history in our young minds. Celebration Moments
